I am aware that a Credit Search will will be done, and that my credit history (IVA's, CCJ's etc) may be used in the decision-making process. I agree that the funder can, at any time, disclose details about the application, agreement and the conduct of the account to an FCA regulated credit agency, or introducing Funder / Broker for the purposes of: fraud/crime prevention, tracing customers and any other legitimate purpose.

I also acknowledge that the funder may refuse to enter into this agreement without stating a reason.

I understand and agree that any personal details within this application may be passed to a third party as part of the underwriting process, however, the details provided will not be used for marketing purposes.

I authorise KR Fleet Solutions Ltd to use the information above for the purpose of a Short Term Leasing Proposal. I understand that my information submitted will be used to perform an identity check for affordability and reliability to obtain a vehicle lease option.

Depending on who you bank with, Online Banking typically provides you with Monthly Statements in a PDF Format (Digital). Please attach them below once you have downloaded your statements.

Note: You may only get 1 PDF document containing all of your 3 months statements, however, if your online banking has provided you with 3 individual monthly PDF documents rather than 1, we have provided you multiple upload fields for them below.

Utility Bill / Proof of Address Letter

This should be a formal document or letter (e.g. utility bill) containing your name and the matching address to both your Driving License and Bank Statements.
